Experience our elegant, light-bodied red wine. It is fresh and earthy on the nose, with smooth, bright red fruits, delicate tannins, and a beautiful spicy finish. 
 
SHV Pinot Noir was hand-picked and sorted.  The clusters were de-stemmed into open vats where they were fermented naturally.
 
Light extractions with foot plunge.  Macerated one month post infused fermentation, then pressed off and settled.  Wine was then racked into old oak barrels.  After further racking, it was bottled un-fined and unfiltered.
